Marie that combines athletic spaces, offices, classrooms, and child care. Set on a sloped site, it steps down toward the water to preserve views and daylight. A mass timber A-frame structure with locally sourced wood and copper reduces carbon and expresses regional character. Sloped roofs, skylights, and louvers enhance natural light and ventilation, while greywater supports an interior green wall. Integrated systems support sustainability, wellness, and resilience, making it a low-impact community hub rooted in local climate and context.
