This structure strategically implements wide-span bays, created by portal frames, that considers spatial adjacencies, circulation, and universal space principles. These factors within the project has created a versatile and easily programmable structure. The design prominently features wide-span bays, eliminating the need for midspan or short span bays. This choice not only maximizes spatial efficiency but enhances overall flexibility and construction cost of the space. A key design choice within the project is the creation of cells by employing a master frame, which is further divided into four distinct conditions. This modular approach not only enhances the structural integrity of the space but also facilitates ease of customization, enabling the space to adapt to evolving needs and purposes of each cell.
